By accessing or using Rove IPTV services at roveiptvcanada.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Rove IPTV provides IPTV middleware and streaming technology services that enable users to access internet-based television content. We operate as a technology middleware provider and do not host, store, or distribute any content ourselves.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rove IPTV services only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the service to access unauthorized or illegally distributed content • Share your subscription credentials with others outside your household • Resell or redistribute the service without a valid reseller agreement • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent our systems • Use the service for any commercial broadcasting without authorization
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial provides full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, access will be suspended until a paid subscription is activated.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by your internet service provider, force majeure events, or maintenance windows. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
7. Content Disclaimer
Rove IPTV acts as a middleware technology provider. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access any content through our platform in their jurisdiction. We do not endorse or authorize access to any specific content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rove IPTV's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our support channels. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods upon voluntary cancellation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian law in the appropriate jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
